Creating a sandbox account

Registering for a sanbox account is the first step to start testing your Jetpay integration.

Sandbox Account Creation Procedure
To create a new Sandbox account:
Visit Jetpay Sign Up and select Register.
- You will be shown a choice of signing up your account as either a Business or Personal account. Choose Business.
You will be required to fill in the signup form with your contact details.
- To register as a pre-onboarded sandbox account where all KYC verification workflows are bypassed, you must include the key term $onboarded in your provided email. For example, if your email is [email protected] you can use [email protected].
Once all required fields are filled, select Sign up.
On the following page, you will be asked for the 2FA verification token which was sent to the phone number you previously entered.
- The 2FA verification token can also be bypassed by using the value 000000 as the token.
After entering the token, select Submit.
You will then be redirected to the Jetpay admin dashboard.
Success! You have successfully created a sandbox account.
